    People suffering from food poisoning or vomiting and diarrhea often suffer from a poor diet. But what are the uses that increase this risk? In fact, it is a life-threatening disease that is very easy to avoid, such as the use of safe food. Determining which food is harmful to you is difficult. However, experts have chosen a few things in this regard that have taken some precautionary measures before eating.
      
    Green leafy vegetables: Most of us probably don't know that leafy vegetables such as spinach etc., cause food poisoning. Which could include being contaminated with something or spewing wastewater. Wash them thoroughly before using them.
       
    Eggs: Eggs used for breakfast all over the world also cause food poisoning. It is caused by a bacteria called Salmonella. The only way to avoid this is to cook it well.
      
    Meat: The meat is small or causes a large food poisoning. Which is at risk of developing  E.coli viruses. If the meat is not well cooked, then the meat is with a virus.
       
    Raw Milk: Since raw milk is a bacterium, boil it well before use so that it does not harm you.
        
    Potatoes: Well-cooked potatoes do not harm health in any way, but to some extent, raw potatoes increase the risk of the disease. Due to which other nutrients in the diet are usually transmitted from meat to germs.

    Cheese: Cheese is used daily in certain areas of our country. People who use it fondly and fondly should remember that cheese is also contaminated with bacteria. In this case, it is always in a cautious, clean place. Keep it covered. If there is any doubt that the bacteria have entered the cheese, especially pregnant women should refrain from eating it.

    Ice cream: While ice cream is a favorite of all children and adults, it also often causes food poisoning. It is due to the unsatisfactory transition from its factories to shops, while homemade raw eggs. This risk is increased even when made.
